Shipping & Returns

Please allow a 3-4 weeks turnaround time on custom boards. All shipped orders will be shipped via ground. We honor a 14-day return policy. During the first 14 days upon receiving your order and you wish to return it, the item must not be used and must be in the same condition as received. Also, with your proof of purchase, you will need to contact customer care at customers@ziconico.com, and have a return ticket initiated. If your return is approved, we will send you a return packing slip and next steps on where to send your package. Please note: there will be a 20% restocking fee on all orders!
